1. Scope

This policy applies to any paid services provided by NEETAdvice.com / Global Gurukul, including:
  • Personalised counselling sessions
  • Admission consultancy for NEET UG/PG
  • MBBS Abroad application support
  • Bookings for events, seminars, or document processing

    • 2. Counselling Fees (India Admissions)

    Once a student or parent pays for career counselling or NEET admission support, the fees are non-refundable due to the dedicated time, effort, and personalised guidance already rendered.
    However, in case of duplicate transactions or payment errors, a refund may be processed after verification within 7-10 working days.

    3. MBBS Abroad Services

    For students applying for MBBS Abroad:

  • Initial consultation fees are non-refundable.
  • If a student cancels after university application submission, only government/university application charges that are refundable will be considered, if not already paid.
  • Visa assistance, translation, and courier charges are strictly non-refundable once initiated. Please note: Refunds are subject to the refund policies of respective foreign universities and embassies.

    • 4. Event & Seminar Bookings

    Free seminars do not require payment or cancellation.
For any paid workshops:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the event are eligible for 50% refund.
  • No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the event.

    • We are not liable for changes in government policies (NMC/MCC/State authorities)
    • Final admission is subject to eligibility, document verification, and seat availability
    • Students and parents are expected to make informed decisions based on counselling advice

    6. Final Decision

    All refunds are processed at the discretion of Global Gurukul’s management after review of the situation. Any abuse or misuse of refund requests will result in termination of services.
